Have run my own business for over 20 years, providing telephone helplines to companies that want to support employees with access to unbiased, professional information, advice and counselling services. From a beauty interest perspective I am always reading on-line, or in mags about the latest beauty trends, brands, launches and ‘miracle fixes’ to keep up to date with latest innovations. When visiting USA or Europe spend HOURS in Sephora looking at all these brands, checking out packaging, claims, textures, smells, colour options etc– I usually go away and come back and do it again, and only then purchase a few items to try out, otherwise I would probably be bankrupt. It is great (sometime overwhelming) that there are so many products available now than when I was a teen and you had to spit into your block mascara before applying !!
